Welcome to Heal Well Therapy

You don’t need to have everything figured out to start therapy…

Maybe you’ve noticed patterns in your relationships that keep repeating, or you feel disconnected from yourself, your emotions, or the people around you. You might know something isn’t working and you might be unsure why.

Therapy here is a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and better understand how your past and present connect. Together, we focus on building self-awareness, emotional clarity, and stronger connections, with yourself and with others, so you can move forward feeling more grounded and secure.

If you’re looking for a supportive, thoughtful space to explore what’s coming up for you, you’re in the right place.

About Us

Olivia Riad, MACP, founded Heal Well Therapy after noticing a gap in traditional therapy approaches that often didn't address the unique needs of Millennials and Gen Z. Over the years, she has worked with hundreds of individuals, helping them navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, and identity issues. Her passion for providing personalized care led her to create a practice that prioritizes understanding, empathy, and support.

Today, Heal Well Therapy focuses on providing therapy for individuals navigating life's challenges, with a particular focus on Millennials and Gen Z. Our team understands the unique generational pressures these groups face and offers a supportive space for self-discovery and growth.
