I believe in a gentle, supportive approach tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Using my expertise, experience, and theoretical knowledge, I’ll work collaboratively with you to design a therapy plan that aligns with your goals and feels right for you.
It’s an honour to walk alongside my clients as they uncover vulnerable truths about themselves, heal from past traumas, and develop strategies for meaningful change. I don’t take that privilege lightly, and I deeply value the trust my clients place in me.
